Our Process
01
Initial Site Review
We assess the existing cabinets to ensure they are structurally sound and identify any adjustments needed for proper support.
02
Custom Estimate & Approval
A detailed estimate is prepared based on your needs. Once approved, we proceed with scheduling and material planning.
03
On-Site Templating
We schedule a site visit to create precise templates. Depending on your preference, we use either traditional wood templates or advanced laser scanning technology.
04
Material Selection & Layout
We pick up your selected slabs (or help you choose from our inventory), lay them out on A-frames, and prepare them for templating. For digital templates, we scan the slabs and create layouts in our software.
05
Approval & Fabrication
After you approve the final layout, we begin the fabrication process using CNC machines and expert craftsmanship. Fabrication typically takes
3–4 business days.
